This City Council meeting is being conducted in-person and will be broadcast utilizing Livestream video. The City Council meeting may be observed virtually by joining the link on the City’s website.
Public Comments will only be accepted in person during the meeting or in writing to the Deputy City Clerk. Participants viewing the Livestream will not have a comment option.
For those wishing to email public comments for the March 1, 2022 City Council meeting, please submit your comments to be read aloud at the meeting by the City Clerk. Email comments to Julia Espinoza at [email protected]. Please put “PUBLIC COMMENT” in the email subject line. Email comments on matters not on the agenda must be received before the time the Mayor calls the item for Public Comments. Email comments on the agenda items must be received before the time the Mayor closes public comments on the agenda item. All email comments shall be subject to the same rules as would otherwise govern speaker comments at the Council meeting. Electronic comments on agenda items for March 1, 2022, may only be submitted via email. Comments via text and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will not be accepted.
Reading of Public Comments: The City Clerk will read all email comments, provided that the reading shall not exceed three (3) minutes, or such other time as the Council may provide, consistent with the time limit for speakers at a Council meeting. The email comments submitted shall become part of the record of the Council meeting.

Staff recommends that the City Council:
1) APPROVE the on-call list of “most qualified” and “qualified” engineering firms for water, wastewater, and storm water projects;
2) AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with each firm.

Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 3905 to authorize the execution and delivery of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the acquisition of 163 E. Main St., San Jacinto, CA 92583 pursuant to Government Code section 52200 et seq..

5.1. Approval of Purchase of New Hot Patch Asphalt Repair Truck for Public Utilities RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council:
APPROVE the purchase of a new Model BC-4 Hot Patch Repair Truck for the Public Utilities Division.
APPROPRIATE the funds for the quoted price of $213,048.95 (Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Forty-Eight Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents).
