Absent: Councilmember Brian Hawkins

4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. Sallee Park Improvement Project (CIP# 23-004) (SJ-521) Community Development Manager Rene Yarnall presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ledezma) made a motion to approve the plans and specifications for the Sallee Park Improvement Project (CIP# 23-004); Award construction contract to RG General Engineering, Inc. for the sum of $214,151; Allocate $17,132 for administration, inspection, and testing and $21,415 for construction contingencies; Reject all other bids; Appropriate $112,000 in Park Development Impact funds to the project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract.
Motion carried 4/0.

Councilmember Brian Hawkins arrived at 7:38 p.m.
