Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Valerie Vandever, Councilmember Crystal Ruiz M/S/C (Ledezma, Hawkins) to approve the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Valerie Vandever and Councilmember Crystal Ruiz. Motion carried 3/0.

Finance Director Erika Gomez introduced Evelyn Morentin-Barcena from Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott, LLP (RAMS), who presented the staff report.
The City Council received and filed the Annual Financial Report, SAS 114 Report, and the GAS Report for Fiscal Year Ended on June 30, 2023.

ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the City Council, Mayor Ayala adjourned the meeting at 7:34 p.m. in honor of Memorial Day.
