City Council Regular Meeting Action Minutes August 20, 2024 PUBLIC HEARING _HOUSING AUTHORITY
Resolution Approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Sale of Property Located at 239 W. 7ih Street, (APN 437-094-006) to New Ananda Realty, LIC Finance Director Erika Gomez presented the staff report.
Public Hearing Opened at 7:21 pm.

M/S/C (Ruiz/Ledezma) made a motion as the Board of Directors of the San Jacinto Housing Authority to authorize the approval of Resolution No 4043 to authorize the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of 239 W. 7h Street, San Jacinto, CA 2583, more particularly described as Riverside County Assessor Parcel Numbe 37-094-006 (the "Property") and authorizing the Executive Director to take an and all actions necessary to implement the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Motion carried 5/0.
