Mayor Phil Ayala called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

City Clerk Julia Espinoza conducted the roll call:
Present: Mayor Phil Ayala, Mayor Pro Tem Valerie Vandever, Councilmember Crystal Ruiz, Councilmember Alonso Ledezma, and Councilmember Brian Hawkins

4. PUBLIC HEARING - HOUSING AUTHORITY
4.1. Resolution Approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Sale of Property Located at 239 W. 7th Street, (APN 437-094-006) to New Ananda Realty, LLC Finance Director Erika Gomez presented the staff report.

M/S/C (Ruiz/Ledezma) made a motion as the Board of Directors of the San Jacinto Housing Authority to authorize the approval of Resolution No 4043 to authorize the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of 239 W. 7th Street, San Jacinto, CA 92583, more particularly described as Riverside County Assessor Parcel Number 437-094-006 (the “Property”) and authorizing the Executive Director to take any and all actions necessary to implement the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Motion carried 5/0.
