SUBJECT: Parcel Map 38245
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council take the following actions:
. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Monumentation Deposit Agreement; . Approve Parcel Map 38245; and
. Authorize the Mayor to Sign the subdivision map.
DISCUSSION:
Parcel Map 38245 proposes to subdivide one underlying parcel into two parcels. The site owned by DMSD Cajun Properties, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is generally located on the south side of Ramona Expressway approximately 250 feet west of State Street.
The parcel map complies in all respects with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and applicable municipal ordinances. All necessary conditions of approval have been satisfied, and departmental clearances have been obtained to record the parcel map. The parcel map is substantially consistent with the tentative parcel map approved by the City Council on August 22, 2023.
The City Engineer reviewed the parcel map and recommends Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The applicant paid the necessary fees and deposits to prepare the parcel map for recordation and provide documentation.
There is no fiscal impact to the City of San Jacinto.
