1 Monumentation Deposit Agreement
Monument Security. To guarantee payment to the engineer or surveyor for the setting of all subdivision boundaries, lot corner, and street centerline monuments for Parcel Map 38245 in compliance with the applicable provisions of the City’s Municipal and/or Development Code (“Subdivision Monuments”), Developer shall deposit cash with the City in the amount of [___________________________________________________] ($[________]), which sum shall not be less than one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of setting the Subdivision Monuments as determined by the City Engineer. Said cash deposit may be released by written authorization of the City Engineer after all required Subdivision Monuments are accepted by the City Engineer, City has received written acknowledgement of payment in full from the engineer or surveyor who set the Subdivision Monuments, and provided Developer is not in default of any provision of this Agreement or condition of approval for Parcel Map 38245.
