SUBJECT: Investment Portfolio Review with Advisors
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file.
DISCUSSION:
In May 2012, the City Council approved the use of two Investment Advisors to control a portfolio of $10 million each. Chandler Asset Management has maintained one portfolio for 10 years and 4 months, while Public Trust Advisors (formerly BLX) has maintained another portfolio for 10 years.
Both Chandler and PTA will be in attendance to make brief presentations (attached) and to answer questions from the City Council.
