SUBJECT: Tract Map 38339, FORESTAR (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve Tract Map 38339, for FORESTAR (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc.
DISCUSSION:
Tract Map 38339 proposes to subdivide certain underlying parcels into 76 residential lots. The site, owned by FORESTAR (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., is located north of W. 7th Street and east of S. Kirby Street.
To comply with the Conditions of Approval, the applicant has executed a Subdivision Improvement Agreement and, posted bonds for completion of the public improvements, and submitted an in-lieu fee to guarantee the survey monumentation of the tract map.
The City Engineer reviewed the tract map and recommends Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The applicant paid the necessary fees and deposits to prepare the tract map for recordation.
There is no fiscal impact to the City of San Jacinto.
