SUBJECT: Parcel Map 38359
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve Parcel Map 38359 for Maple Lane Group, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company.
DISCUSSION:
Parcel Map 38359 proposes to subdivide certain underlying parcels into 5 parcels. The site, owned by Maple Lane Group, LLC, a California Limited Liability company, is located north of 7th Street and east of Sanderson Avenue.
To comply with the Conditions of Approval, the applicant has executed a Subdivision Improvement Agreement, posted bonds for completion of the public improvements, and submitted an in-lieu fee to guarantee the survey monumentation of the parcel map.
The City Engineer reviewed the parcel map and recommends Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The applicant paid the necessary fees and deposits to prepare the parcel map for recordation.
There is no fiscal impact to the City of San Jacinto.
