Public Comments will only be accepted in person during the meeting or in writing to the Board Secretary by 3:00 PM the day of the meeting. Participants viewing the Livestream will not have a comment option.
Public comments may be submitted via email to [email protected] or by hard copy to the Office of the City Clerk at 595 S. San Jacinto Ave., San Jacinto, CA 92583, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please identify the agenda item number in the subject line of the email or hard copy document. All written correspondence received by the 3:00 p.m. deadline will be distributed to the legislative body prior to the meeting and retained with the official meeting record. Please put “PUBLIC COMMENT” in the email subject line. All email comments shall be subject to the same rules as would otherwise govern speaker comments at the meeting. Electronic comments on agenda items for March 18, 2025, may only be submitted via email. Comments via text and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will not be accepted.
Reading of Public Comments: The Board Secretary will read all email comments, provided that the reading shall not exceed three (3) minutes, or such other time as the Board may provide, consistent with the time limit for speakers at a Board meeting. The email comments submitted shall become part of the record of the Board meeting.

Staff recommends that the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. PFA 25-01, approving and adopting bylaws, establishing regular meeting dates, and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.
