1 Project Proposal
1.1 Project Overview
City of San Jacinto has requested that RoviSys provide a proposal in response to the Construction of the New Grand Treatment Plant Facility and Equipping of the New Grand Well Project. Construction of the Grand Treatment Plant and Equipping of the New Grand Well effort will run in parallel with ongoing SCADA Migration. Construction of the Grand Treatment Plant and Equipping of the New Grand Well calls for Integrator (RoviSys) to:
Design Radio Communications
o 5 GHz radio and flat panel
integrator.
Design/build RTU-100 control panel
RTU-100 OIT (Operator Interface Terminal) Configuration o RTU-100 OIT will be part of VTScada plant wide SCADA instance. o If radio fails, thin client can still run RTU-100 locally.
