1 Summary
Design Radio Communications for Grand Site
o 5 GHz radio and flat panel
Design/build RTU-100 control panel
RTU-100 OIT (Operator Interface Terminal) Configuration o Display FCP-100 Soft I/O (~125 count) and alarms on 8 overview displays modeled after P&IDs
o Display control communications sent between RTU-100 and FCP-100 and Operator inputs that are part of Controls configuration specified below RTU-100 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Configuration o Configuration for Soft I/O and Alarms communication between RTU-100 and FCP-100 over ethernet
o Treatment System Ready Signal from FCP-100 via Soft IO, prior to sending a Well Pump Start Command YC-100 to the Well Pump.
o The RTU-100 PLC will receive a signal indicating that the iron manganese treatment system is ready for a call or as offline/fault.
o PLC will be programmed to provide a well pump hardwired run permissive in the event of Reservoir high level condition.
o
signals shall be transmitted between RTU-100 and FCP-100 prior to Bath Well or Artesia Well starting in AUTO and sending flows through the treatment system:
-100 to FCP-100.
FCP- -100.
o -100.
o PLC to be programmed to provide a digital output in the event that a Sodium HypoChlorite Tank Leak Alarm (LS-661) is actuated at the Filter Control Panel (FCP-100).
Test and commission RoviSys Scope
All RoviSys scope is limited to inclusions within Division 40 PROCESS of the Civiltec bid specification, plus supporting sections called out: Division 01 GENERAL and Division 26 ELECTRICAL. See detailed Grand Well Treatment Site change order document for specification cross references and further submittal details to be provided by RoviSys.

RoviSys has estimated, in good faith, the effort and cost of this project. The fixed cost estimate is based on the information provided by City of San Jacinto and on our experience in defining and implementing projects of similar scope and complexity.
