A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN
VEHICLES TO BE SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY
AND AUTHORIZES THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNATED
REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE THE SALE AT AUCTION OF
SAID VEHICLES FOR THE COMMON BENEFIT, SUBJECT TO
CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto owns certain vehicles which are now surplus to the needs of the City and are not required for providing continued municipal services; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to declare such property surplus and authorize the City Manager, or designated representative to arrange for and to execute the sale at auction of said vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby determines and finds that certain vehicles described below is surplus to the needs of the City and is not required for providing continued municipal service.
Section 2: The City Manager, or designated representative, is authorized to arrange for and to execute the sale at auction of said property.
