SUBJECT: Request for Sponsorship: Cinco (5) De Mayo
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the appropriation of funds to fund the sponsorship request.
DISCUSSION:
Staff received a request from Councilmember Sanchez for a $1,500 event sponsorship for the 2025 Rotary Cinco (5) de Mayo event on May 2nd, 2025.
The event will be held at Rotary Ranch, 27260 Girard Street in Hemet from 4:30 pm – 10 pm.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This sponsorship request is not currently in the FY24/25 budget and would impact the general fund in the amount of $1500.
