SUBJECT: Ramona Expressway Right-of-Way
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 4082, accepting Right-of-Way Additional Dedication for Ramona Expressway for public street and highway purposes, together with all right to construct and maintain utilities, sewers, drains and other improvements consistent with the use as a public street and highway into the City of San Jacinto Road System, per Offer of Dedication recorded on June 1, 2022, and
2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the acceptance of dedication with the Riverside County Clerk and Recorder.
DISCUSSION:
In order to meet the conditions of approval for SPDR 17-17, Luiseno Village, the developer was conditioned to construct improvements for Ramona Expressway and dedicate the associated right-of-way. The improvements have been constructed, and the City can now accept the Offer of Dedication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact is associated with the acceptance of the Ramona Expressway right-of-way.
