SUBJECT: Tract Map 28224, SanJac 55, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Tract Map 28224, for SanJac 55, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company DISCUSSION:
Tract Map 28224 proposes to subdivide certain underlying parcels into 131 residential lots and 16 lettered lots. The site, owned by SanJac 55, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company, is located on the southeast corner of the Ramona Expressway and 7th Street intersection.
To comply with the Conditions of Approval, the applicant has executed a Subdivision Improvement Agreement and posted bonds for completion of the public improvements and submitted an in-lieu fee to guarantee the survey monumentation of the tract map.
The City Engineer reviewed the tract map and recommends Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The applicant paid the necessary fees and deposits to prepare the tract map for recordation.
There is no fiscal impact to the City of San Jacinto.
