Mayor Valerie Vandever called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Ledezma
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) to approve the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Ledezma. Motion carried 4/0.

With no further business before the City Council, Mayor Vandever adjourned the meeting at 7:08 p.m. in honor of Dick Cheney who passed away on November 3, 2025, and Deputy Andrew Nunez, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Officer, who died on the line of duty on October 27, 2025.
