SUBJECT: Investment Portfolio Review with Advisors
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive and file the Investment Portfolio Review.
DISCUSSION:
In May 2012, the City Council approved the use of two Investment Advisors to control a portfolio of $10 million each. Chandler Asset Management has maintained one portfolio for 10 years and 4 months, while Public Trust Advisors (formerly BLX) has maintained another portfolio for 10 years.
Chandler will be in attendance to make a brief presentation (attached) and to answer questions from the City Council. PTA was not available to attend this Council meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
