4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 2026 Economic Development and Special Projects Administrator Tara Magner presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Vandever) moved to approve the mayor’s appointment and authorize travel requests for four council members to attend the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Real Estate Convention (RECON), Las Vegas, on May 18- 20, 2026. Motion carried 4/0.
