4. PUBLIC HEARING
4.1 A proposal by Taylor and Clark Consulting on behalf of Richard Michael and Ramona Dairy, LLC, to establish a master-planned residential development consisting of 419 dwelling units as well as the construction of onsite roadways, a detention basin, parks, and on-site landscaping on 73.97-net acres.
Applicant requested to move the item to the July 21, 2026, City Council Meeting.
