4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1. City of San Jacinto Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Economic Development and Special Projects Administrator, Tara Magner, presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Sanchez, Ledezma) made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 4443, approving the City of San Jacinto Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and determining the adoption of the CEDS is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Motion carried 4/0.
