APPROVAL OF AGENDA -
City Manager request to pull Item 11A Resolution No. 2022-18 a resolution supporting a Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno resolution regarding Homelessness Priority, agency while agency is available to participate via zoom. Pull 11C Resolution 2022-20 a resolution to approve one-year extension service with the Fresno County Sheriff for law enforcement services and item 10A Old business it indicates is informational only it was a clerical error the item is an action item.
Motion: Councilmember Lua moved to approve the agenda with City Manager's request and as presented. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Flores and approved by the following votes: 4 Ayes 1 Absent (Councilmember Meiia)
