Report and Recommendation- Receipt and acceptance of the Audit Report for FY 20- 21 Financial Report (Annual Audit) (Enclosure P.1-62 Action Item) Motion: Mayor Hernandez moved to approve receipt and acceptance of the Audit Report for FY 20-21 Financial Report (Annual Audit). The motion was seconded by Councilmember Mejia and approved by the following votes: 3 Ayes, 1 Noes Councilmember Mejia and 1 Absent (Councilmember Lua)
