1. CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – ROLL CALL

The Meeting was called to order and the pledge of allegiance led by Mayor Flores-Cornejo at 12:01pm.
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Mayor Flores-Cornejo to approve the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Covarrubia. Motion passed 3-0 (Absent: Mejia and Lua).
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THIS AGENDA
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. SUBJECT: Council consideration to authorize the application and adopting the plan for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program.
RECOMMENDATION: Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-04, authorizing the application and adopting the PLHA Plan for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.
A motion was made by Councilmember Ramirez to approve the item, seconded by Councilmember Covarrubia. Motion passed 4-0 (Absent: Lua).
5. ADJOURN MEETING
At 12:07pm with no other business remaining before the City Council, a motion was made by Mayor Flores-Cornejo to adjourn, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Mejia. Motion passed 4-0 (Absent: Lua).
