2.x City Council Appointments for Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency Boards.
RECOMMENDATION:
(a) Councilmember Foley will replace Councilmember Mahan as the City’s “elected official” representative to the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency Implementation Board. (b) Appoint Councilmember Cohen as the Alternate to Councilmember Foley on the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency Implementation Board.
(c) Appoint David Keyon as the City Staff Representative to the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency Implementation Board and Cassandra van der Zweep as his Alternate. (d) Appoint Councilmember Davis as the Alternate to Councilmember Foley on the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency Governing Board.

Approve the following Boards and Commissions appointment:
(a) Neighborhoods Commission:
(1) District 4 Seat: Appoint Barinder Ahluwalia for a term ending June 30, 2024.
