RECOMMENDATION
Approve the deferral of the following item from the April 25, 2022 Community and Economic Development Committee (CED) meeting to the June 27, 2022 CED meeting.
City Roadmap: Soft-Story Building Earthquake Retrofit Policy Status Report. (Planning, Building and Code Enforcement/Housing/City Manager – Emergency Management) Purpose: Provide a status report on the Soft-Story Building Earthquake Retrofit Policy as part of the approved City Roadmap for FY 2021-2022.
BACKGROUND
Staff requests to defer the City Roadmap: Soft-Story Building Earthquake Retrofit Policy Status Report from the April 25, 2022 CED meeting to the June 27, 2022 CED meeting so that appropriate staff can be available to provide information and answer questions for this work plan item.
