Dear Mayor Liccardo and City Council:
At its meeting of May 19, 2022, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item concerning Master Agreement with Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. for Engineering Design and Construction Support Services for Legacy Lagoon Clean Up Phase 2 Project at the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility on the San José City Council agenda for May 24, 2022. Chair Liccardo noted that California Government Code 83408 may apply and recused himself from this item:
5. C. Master Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Engineering Design and Construction Support Services for Legacy Lagoon Clean Up Phase 2 Project at the San Jose - Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility:
Approval of consultant Master Service Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for engineering design and construction support services for Legacy Lagoon Phase 2 at the San José Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility, for a full term through June 30, 2028, and a maximum not to exceed amount of $3,000,000.00.
On a motion made by Committee Member Kwok and a second by Committee Member Montano, TPAC recommended approval of item 5. C.
