At its meeting of May 19, 2022, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item concerning Amendment to Master Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith for Construction Management and Inspection Services at the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility on the San José City Council agenda for June 7, 2022:
5. D. Amendment to Master Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith for Construction Management and Inspection Services at the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Capital Improvement Program:
Approve the first amendment to the 9438 - Master Consultant Agreement (“Agreement”) with CDM Smith, Inc. (“CDM”) for construction management and inspection services to alter authorized travel expenses with no increase to the maximum total compensation.
On a motion made by Committee Member Montano and a second by Committee Member Davis, TPAC recommended approval of item 5. D.
