Dear Mayor Liccardo and City Council:
At its meeting of May 19, 2022, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item concerning TPAC approval of the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Proposed 2022- 2023 Operating and Maintenance Budget on the San José City Council agenda for consideration on June 14, 2022, and adoption on June 21, 2022.

On a motion made by Committee Member Davis and a second by Committee Member Watanabe, TPAC recommended approval of item 5. A.

Nays – 3 (Kwok, Montano, Turner)
Absent – 1 (Hardy)
