"Just last month, we approved a development with a $999,330 per unit cost." and a week ago you refused to allocate 381,000 to help protect over ten thousand mobilehomes in San Jose. You broke your word to the mobilehome residents.

Sam, "keep your word. When you say you will do something, and then don't do it, you teach others, including yourself, that you cannot be trusted." quote from One Destiny.

If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality. - Desmond Tutu
