RECOMMENDATION
Consistent with recommendations in the Administration’s memorandum for classifications in Unit 99, adopt a resolution to increase the annual salary range for the City Manager U (1689) classification by 3.80% to $295,614.89 - $371,827.89, effective June 26, 2022.
BACKGROUND
The City of San José Pay Plan sets the salary range for all classifications in the City.
Approval of the above recommendation will amend the City of San Jose Pay Plan to increase the annual salary range for the City Manager U (1689) classification and avoid further compaction .
This action does not change the current salary of the City Manager.
