2.x Retroactive Approval of Berryessa Community Center Movie Night Sponsored by District 4 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.
Recommendation:
(a) Retroactively approve the Berryessa Community Center Movie Night scheduled on July 29, 2022 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and (b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.

Recommendation:
Approve the settlement of a lawsuit brought by Plaintiff Yuridia Ochoa in the total amount of $200,000 and authorize the City Attorney to execute a settlement agreement.
