6 RECOMMENDATION
a) Award of contract for the 9703 – Large
Trash Capture Device Installation Project
Phase VII to the lowest responsive and
responsible bidder, KJ Woods Construction,
Inc., in the amount of $7,488,000, and
b) Approve a construction contingency of 15%
in the amount of $1,123,200.
