Lot 5 and portion of Lots 4 and 8, Block 1, Range 2 North, Map of City of San Jose, filed in Map Book A, Page 72, Santa Clara County Records, as follows:
BEGINNING
at a point on the Southwest line of Second Street, distant thereon N. 29°54'26" W. 141.36 feet from the intersection thereof with the Northwest line of San Fernando Street, as shown on Record of Survey filed in Map Book 552, pages 26 - 32; said point being the East corner of land conveyed to City of San Jose, by Deed recorded in Book 6978 of Official Records, page 595; thence along said Southwest line of Second Street N. 29°54'26" W. 393.32 feet, more or less, to the Southeast line of Pedestrian Mall (as established by Deed recorded in Deed Book 10, Page 508); being the North corner of land conveyed to City of San Jose, by Deed recorded in Book H780 of Official Records, Page 187; thence along the Northwest line of said land, Southwest 137.50 feet to the West corner thereof on the Southwest line of said Lot 4; thence along said Southwest line and the Southwest line of said Lots 5 and 8, Southeast 393.32 feet, more or less, to the South corner of said land conveyed to City of San Jose firstly above referred to; thence along the Southeast line thereof, Northeast 137.92 feet to the point of beginning.
