That meeting was held on December 5, 2022, when the City Council directed the opening of a recruitment to fill the unanticipated vacancies in Districts 8 and 10 by interim appointment to fill the office until a candidate has been duly elected and the results of COUNCIL AGENDA: 1/24/2023
