I feel privileged to express my support for the selec on of Arjun Batra as a council member to represent District 10 in the San Jose City Council. I admire the diligence with which the city is approaching the selec on of a candidate for this vacancy.
I am Surinder Batra, the oldest brother of Arjun Batra. Arjun is six years younger to me. As such I have known Arjun for all his life.
Arjun has developed a strong belief to do his utmost in giving back to the community. I know that district 10 has a set of very qualified candidates but I hope that you will agree that Arjun is uniquely qualified because of his having made valuable contribu ons both in private sector IBM, Intel and in San Jose city government.
