RECOMMENDATION
1. Remove Councilmember Peter Ortiz of his membership on the San José Arena Authority Board.
2. Appoint Councilmember Domingo Candelas to the San José Arena Authority Board.
DISCUSSION
As a former sports referee, Councilmember Candelas will bring a high-level passion to the San José Arena Authority Board.
