Defer consideration of this item until April 4, 2023.
ANALYSIS
While I appreciate staff’s diligent work on this issue, significant community interest warrants additional time for consideration. Several groups have reached out to me with questions and concerns. Since there is no urgency in approving revisions immediately, I request a short deferral to allow for additional time to engage the community.
