RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment to the January – June 2023 Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee Work Plan to add the following item to the May 18, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting agenda:
Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention Strategies Status Report.
Purpose: Provide a status report on recruitment, hiring and retention strategies. (Human Resources)
BACKGROUND
Staff requests to add the Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention Strategies Status Report to the May 18, 2023, PSFSS Committee meeting. During the February 16, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting, staff notified the Committee that updates to the recruitment, hiring and retention strategies report would be provided on a quarterly basis.
