ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE WORK PLAN
RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment to the January-June 2023 Transportation and Environment Committee Work Plan to add the following item to the June 5, 2023 meeting agenda:
Brilliant at the Basics Infrastructure Strategy Status Report.
Purpose: Provide a status report on the Brilliant at the Basics Infrastructure Strategy that addresses meeting the City’s 2030 carbon mitigation goals, municipal regional permit requirements, and water supply needs, and includes strategies to pursue federal and state funding for aligned programs. (City Manager)
BACKGROUND
Brilliant at the Basics Infrastructure Strategy Status Report Staff requests to add the Brilliant at the Basics Infrastructure Strategy status report to the June 5, 2023, Transportation and Environment Committee meeting, as directed by the City Council with their approval of the Mayor’s March Budget Message for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
