RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment the January – June 2023 Community and Economic Development (CED) Committee Work Plan to drop the following item from the June 26, 2023, CED Committee meeting:
Moderate-Income Housing Strategy Status Report.
Purpose: Provide a status report on the Moderate-Income Housing Strategy and preliminary findings.

BACKGROUND
Staff requests to drop the Moderate-Income Housing Strategy Status Report from the June 26, 2023, CED Committee meeting. The Moderate-Income Housing Strategy is included in the Housing Catalyst Team Work Plan. Staff will provide a status report on the Housing Catalyst Team Work Plan at the June 26, 2023, CED Committee meeting. This status report will include an update on the Moderate-Income Housing Strategy; therefore, a separate agenda item is not required.
