RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment to the January – June 2023 Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee Work Plan to drop the following item from the June 15, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting:
City Initiatives Roadmap: Digital Workforce – OneCity Workplace Status Report.
Purpose: Provide a status report on Digital Workforce – OneCity Workplace, including efforts to create a digital platform for employee connection, coordination, and developing City culture online as part of the approved City Initiatives Roadmap for 2022-2023. (Human Resources/Information Technology)
BACKGROUND
City Initiatives Roadmap: Digital Workforce – OneCity Workplace Status Report.
Staff requests to drop the City Initiatives Roadmap: Digital Workforce – OneCity Workplace Status Report from the June 15, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting. This meeting includes items of high public interest that may occasion public comment and lengthy discussion. In order to manage the length of the meeting, staff recommends dropping this item from the agenda. Staff instead will update the Council through an Informational Memorandum on the status of these efforts in June 2023.
