y Attorney Nora Frimann reported out of Closed Session that Karyn Sinunu-Towery was appointed by the City Council as Acting Independent Police Auditor, to begin as soon as the Human Resources Department could complete the necessary paperwork. The vote to appoint was unanimous. (10-0-1. Absent: Ortiz.) By unani
mous consent, Council adjourned Closed Session at 10:46 a.m.
