Myself owner and resident of a 4 plex in District-9,
the Draft Strategic Plan is Biased towards tenants, and trying to put more regulations on housing providers,
Since 2018, Until now there is not even one Fair Return Standard petition approved, Draft should include a plan for housing providers to get fair return easily, rather than a NOT working process.
in RSG meeting, housing providers mentioned about:
Banking, nothing we see in the draft plan
There is no definition of Family/relative, If something is agreed mutually between tenant & housing provider while signing the lease, why we need more regulations, In 100% of lease agreements, there is a limit on occupancy, we should NOT change it, We should allow the terms to be agreed between tenant & housing provider.
