RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment to the August – December 2023 Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee Work Plan to drop the following item from the December 7, 2023, PSFSS Committee meeting:
Language Accessibility Audit Report.
Purpose: Provide a report on the language accessibility audit. (City Auditor)
BACKGROUND
Language Accessibility Audit Report.
The City Auditor requests to drop the Language Accessibility Audit Report from the December 7, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting. The purpose of the deferral is to balance the workload in the Office of the City Auditor and meet reporting deadlines of other priority projects. The deferral has been coordinated with the Administration. We intend to return to the Committee with the report for the February 15, 2024 meeting.
