RECOMMENDATION
Approve an amendment to the August - December 2023 Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee Work Plan to drop the following item from the November 16, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting:
Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention Strategies Quarterly Status Report.
Purpose: Provide a quarterly status report on recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies. (Human Resources)
BACKGROUND
Staff requests to drop the Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention Strategies Quarterly Status Report from the November 16, 2023 PSFSS Committee meeting. The PSFSS Committee approved the September 21, 2023 report, in which it was recommended to approve adjusting the frequency of recruitment, hiring, and retention updates to biannual.
