At its meeting of October 12, 2023, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item concerning first amendment to the Master Consultant Agreement with Cornerstone Earth Group.
A. 5. A. First Amendment to the Master Consultant Agreement with Cornerstone Earth Group for Environmental Support Services
Staff Recommendation:
Approve the First Amendment to the Master Consultant Agreement with Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. for environmental consulting services, increasing the amount of compensation by $500,000 for a total agreement not to exceed $1,500,000.
Action: On a motion made by Committee Member Davis and a second by Committee Member Hardy, TPAC recommended approval of item 5. A.
