Recommendation: (a) Accept the First Quarter (period ending September 30, 2023) Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the following programs:
(1) Debt Management;
(2) Investment Management;
(3) Revenue Management;
(4) Purchasing and Risk Management; and
(b) Refer and cross-reference the First Quarter Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to be heard by the full City Council for approval at its meeting on December 12, 2023.
