• Neighborhood Services
The presentation was provided by staff on 5/9/24, further Council questions pertaining to Neighborhood Services were deferred to 5/15/24.
Mayor Matt Mahan opened the floor for further questions from Council.
Angel Rios, Deputy City Manager, City Manager's Office (CMO); Jill Bourne, City Librarian, Director, Library Department; Jon Cicirelli, Director, Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS); Rachel VanderVeen, Assistant Director, Housing Department; Matt Loesch, Director, Public Works Department; Rachel Roberts, Deputy Director, PRNS; Jim Shannon, Budget Director, City Manager's Budget Office; Omar Passons, Deputy City Manager, CMO, responded to Council questions.
• Transportation and Aviation Services
John Ristow, Director, Department of Transportation (DOT); Mookie Patel, Director of Aviation, Airport; Judy Ross, Airport Department; and Rick Scott, Assistant Director, DOT; Jessica Zenk, Deputy Director, DOT; Jennifer Seguin, Deputy Director, DOT; Lam Cruz, Division Manager, Vision Zero and Traffic Safety, D OT; and Arian Collen, Division Manager, DOT, offered the Transportation and Aviation Services 2024-2025 Proposed Budget Overview presentation and responded to questions.

Kerrie Romanow, Director, Environmental Services offered the Environmental and Utility Services 2024-2025 Proposed Operating Budget presentation and responded to questions.

• Strategic Support/ Appointees
Jennifer Schembri, Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations, offered the Strategic Support CSA 2024-2025 Proposed Operating Budget presentation and responded to questions.
Rick Bruneau, Director of Finance; Matt Loesch, Director of Public Works; and Khaled Tawfik, Director of Information Technology responded to Council questions.

Jennifer Maguire, City Manager, CMO opened the floor for Council to ask the Appointees questions pertaining to their budgets.
